The Northern Senators Forum (NSF) has joined the chorus of voices urging a comprehensive investigation into the Tudun Biri military drone attack, emphasizing the need for exemplary punishment for those found culpable.
Governor Uba Sani, in a statement on his verified Facebook page on Saturday, conveyed the forum’s condolences to the government and people of Kaduna State in the wake of this unfortunate incident.
Senator Abdul Ningi, leading the NSF delegation, visited Kaduna to express solidarity and offer condolences, as Governor Uba Sani disclosed.

In addition to their empathetic stance, the forum demonstrated tangible support by donating N58 million to the families of the victims affected by the regrettable incident.
Governor Uba Sani acknowledged the visit, stating, “I had the honor and privilege of receiving Distinguished Senators of the Federal Republic under the auspices of the Northern Senators Forum.”
He seized the opportunity to urge the senators to critically review existing laws and advocate for necessary updates to fortify the country’s security agencies.
Emphasizing the importance of strengthening laws and the security architecture, Governor Uba stressed that such measures are crucial for preventing future tragic occurrences.
He expressed gratitude for the senators’ show of solidarity and support during this challenging period, highlighting the need for collective efforts in enhancing national security.
