President Muhammadu BuhariPresident Muhammadu Buhari has blasted the on-going violence in Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State, which has in the past one day, resulted in a yet to be ascertained number of deaths and deadly attacks.

In a recent statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu in Abuja Wednesday, Buhari said no disagreement is worth taking someone’s life in any part of the country.

His words, “Nigerians must learn to live peacefully with each other and seek less brutish means of resolving conflicts. Our country does not need another war.”

He urged the Cross River State government and the Boki local government authorities to end the crisis and resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
