    MINNEAPOLIS, MN–(Marketwired – Jan 9, 2014) – vRad (Virtual Radiologic), the nation’s largest radiology practice, announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued the Company’s 14th patent. Patent No. 8,620,684, titled “Organizing Medical Images for Display,” further enhances vRad’s patent portfolio covering its teleradiology image processing techniques and systems, with the patent including claims directed to the organization and sequencing of medical imaging and radiology study data.
