The Sokoto State Executive Council on Wednesday approved the construction of three major roads in the metropolis at the cost of over one billion naira. Allhaji Mohammadu Mannir, the state’s Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development, announced this to newsmen at the end of the State Executive Council meeting in Sokoto.
