Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has said that politicians who “kidnap” government money should face the death penalty. Murray-Bruce made the comment in reaction to the intention of some states to make kidnapping punishable by death. “I’ve no problem with states that want to make kidnapping punishable by death, but let them 1st apply it on politicians who kidnap govt money,” he wrote via Twitter on March 23, 2016.
