The Minister of Aviation, Chief Osita Chidoka, on Tuesday said the Federal Government will start grounding private jets registered in foreign numbers, but operate commercial operations in the country to the chagrin of several Nigerian airlines. The father of Joshua Dariye, a former governor of Plateau State, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Bokkos Local Government Area of the state. The Borno Government on Sunday threatened to revoke road projects which contractors performed badly. The Commissioner for Works, Alhaji Usman Zannah, made the threat while inspecting some roads and drainage projects in Maiduguri.
