Victor OsimhenNapoli forward, Dries Mertens has come out to say that he would help Victor Osimhen to adapt in the Serie A.

He recently revealed that he is ready to help the young Super Eagles forward to settle into the team once he finalizes his move.

According to him, he is looking forward to playing with the Nigerian but he does not expect him to light up the Italian league immediately.

He added that not speaking Italian might be a disadvantage but his teammates will make sure he is comfortable enough to deliver on the pitch.

His words, “Of course yes [I will help Osimhen]. We can also play together. Not knowing the language and the championship will take him some time, we must all be close to him.”
