The United Nations (UN) has launched a fact finding mission into new allegations that its peacekeepers sexually abused four underage girls in Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic (CAR). Officers of the Nigeria Police on Monday nabbed a suspected pipeline vandal and seized a petrol tanker conveying 13,800 litres of diesel in Aninri local government area of Enugu State.
