A High Court sitting in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, has refrained the medical panel recently set up by the state House of Assembly to probe the health status of recuperating Governor Danbaba Suntai from going ahead with the probe. It said that the allegation was a desperate attempt to discredit the All Progressive Congress led administration.
