The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed appeals filed by Chris Ngige of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Tony Nwoye of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, challenging Governor Willie Obiano’s election in Anambra. The Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday extended the Phase II of the Continuous Voter Registration for seven days in 12 states. The extension, according to the commission’s daily bulletin in Abuja, begins from September 28.
