Scottsdale, AZ, August 06, 2014 –(PR.com)– Optima ECM Consulting announced today that it has acquired strategic partner InformaXion Solutions, LLC (IXS); an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) company with offices in Charleston, South Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. This strategic acquisition expands and complements the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions Optima currently provides by adding the ECM expertise IXS has with Information Governance, Digital Asset Management, and Business Process Transformation solutions.
