Ex-Manchester City and Liverpool midfielder, Didi Hamann has come out to tip Erling Haaland to break Mohamed Salah’s Premier League record. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, should the new Manchester City signing remain injury-free, he believes he will be able to break the record set by the Pharaoh as soon as possible.
Didi added that Haaland has battled a few muscle injuries in his career, so it is a major concern.
His words, “Of course, he can if he stays fit,”
“That’s the big question, he’s had quite a few muscle injuries in his career and when he was at Dortmund, so it’s a concern.”
“These sorts of injuries can keep you out for six to eight weeks, if not longer, depending on how serious they are, so it could change the whole complexion in terms of his goal-scoring.”
“But if he stays fit, then I think he has every chance of doing that.”
